QUALIFICATIONS:
? Associate's Degree or higher
? Experience with MCAS, GRADE, DIBELS, and SchoolBrains
? Highly skilled in Microsoft Office with extensive use of Excel
REPORTS TO: Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction
JOB GOAL: To develop systems of data analysis and presentation documents such that the academic achievement of students is understood and strategies for improvement can be devised. Provide administrative support to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate spreadsheets, charts and reports for analysis of MCAS data and other statistical information for the school district requested by the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction.
2. Work with confidential student records and reports
3. Provide support to Directors, Principals, Curriculum Supervisors, and school personnel in obtaining data reports from the Department of Education as well as other data resources.
4. Extract data from various web based online testing programs
5. Maintain the Professional Development Smart PD Program
6. Maintain hard and electronic copies of Professional Development, Course reimbursements and Field Trips approved by the Assistant Superintendent of Schools
7. Generate the monthly Enrollment Report
8. Generate the monthly School Attendance Percent Charts with information extracted from SchoolBrains
9. Provide assistance to administrators, staff, or parents who make inquiries at the office of the Assistant Superintendent
10. Assist the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent with collating information for various Administrative retreats and meetings throughout the year
11. Provide assistance to the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction with correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, and various other duties as assigned
12. Assist with projects assigned by the Superintendent of Schools and/or the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction.
13. Performance of additional duties as designated by Superintendent of Schools and/or the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction.
